From the very first day, Shehawhe poured her entire spirit into this venture. You would often find her tirelessly behind the counter and personally in the kitchen, often side-by-side with her sister and mother. This incredible, hands-on involvement, rooted in deep family bonds, was instrumental in forging the warm, genuine, and familiar atmosphere that envelops you the moment you step through our doors.

While our dedicated team has now grown, allowing Shehawhe to share the passion and meticulous care, her original vision remains the very heart and soul of Aguacate.
